Nott Marketing Services offers comprehensive new web site construction, and improvement or complete reconstruction of existing sites. We publish your website or store on an appropriate host server, and offer to keep your site up-to-date with long-term site maintenance at a generous discount. We intercept messages from the sitehosts, make necessary adjustments, and maintain accounts on your behalf.

Many of my small business owners are not tech-savvy. My responsibility lies in maintaining client websites and securing them with appropriate security measures. If you need to integrate devices and computers with domain email accounts and suites such as MS Outlook, Google Workspace, or through your Network Solutions domain registrar, please have an IT specialist or computer repair company on call for such issues.

There are many secure options for assigning email boxes based upon your domain name. Although we do not configure Microsoft Outlook on your computers, we can provide those details to your IT technician when we create an account on our hosting server.

Nott Marketing Services takes the worry out of managing your website. Edits, additions, and small changes are included with many hosting agreements. Call or email with questions, concerns, changes, send pictures… we’ll update as the requests come in. We put the tools you need to manage your promotion into your own hands when you are ready, yet will provide guidance or finishing touches wherever needed. 

What your maintenance agreement with us does NOT cover

• Website recovery from punitive actions exacted on your account by our hosting company
• Recovery of files from client-side deletion of photos, graphics, templates, style sheets, or other data made in error
• This company does NOT participate in paid advertising, social media account setup, or email campaigns
• Addition of new pages, new product categories, subcategory product pages, new gallery pages, from-scratch composition of new articles
• Redesign or upgrades of your website template
• Update requests that result in more than an hour of work in a single month
• Any work that upgrades your presentation
• Some digital graphic creation
• Some software installation and programming
• Creation of email contact forms
• Microsoft 365 and Outlook setup should be done by an Information Technology specialist
• Email box creation, forwarding and maintenance for your employee mailboxes
